RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with every purchase that you make from our site. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may simply return the product to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, visit our returns page and use the email address you placed your order with. Our shipping costs are only eligible for refund if the return items were shipped incorrectly or damaged.
Royal Mail
The cost of returning an item is at the customer's own expense. We advise you to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please note, returns are processed every 3 days. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to reflect on your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please ensure to mark any returned items as “returned goods” on customs or postal forms. Failure to do so may delay any refund due and can result in the shipment being returned to you.
Any duty cost incurred by incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the refund due.
EXCHANGES
The same policy as returns will apply. We will then send you a gift card worth the amount of the item(s) you returned, so you can place another order. For more information, please contact our customer service via our contact us page.
Orders made with a promo/discount code are non-refundable.
